Return conditions<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.<\/li>\n\n<li>For reasons of hygiene, any perfume bottle that has already been opened or tested will not be reimbursed.<\/li>\n\n<li>Damaged, incomplete or late returned items will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Return procedure<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please contact us beforehand via our contact form or by e-mail at <a>contact@odorbxl.com<\/a>, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.<\/li>\n\n<li>We will send you return instructions and a shipping address.<\/li>\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are at the customer&#8217;s expense, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
