These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between OdorBXL, whose website can be accessed at www.odorbxl.com, and any person making a purchase from the website (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”). Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTS.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the site at the time of ordering, while stocks last. OdorBXL makes every effort to present the essential characteristics of its products. However, photographs and descriptions are only indicative and do not engage the responsibility of the seller.
3. Awards
The prices indicated on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery costs. OdorBXL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.
4. Control
The Customer may place an order online at www.odorbxl.com. All orders are subject to acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. OdorBXL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Customers may pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other means offered on the site. Transactions are secured by our payment service providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). OdorBXL never has access to the Customer’s bank details.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering for information only. In the event of a delay, OdorBXL will inform the Customer. Transport risks are transferred to the Customer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his/her order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, without having to justify his/her reasons. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). The cost of returning goods is borne by the Customer, except in the event of an error attributable to OdorBXL. In the event of withdrawal, OdorBXL will reimburse the Customer within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt of the return.
8. Liability
OdorBXL cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the products purchased. OdorBXL cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, transport or communication problems, etc.).
9. Personal data
The personal data collected in connection with orders are necessary for their processing and delivery. It is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the www.odorbxl.com website . Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting: contact@odorbxl.com.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (text, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of OdorBXL. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the Brussels judicial district.
