At OdorBXL, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
1. Return conditions
Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
For reasons of hygiene, any perfume bottle that has already been opened or tested will not be reimbursed.
Damaged, incomplete or late returned items will not be accepted.
2. Return procedure
Please contact us beforehand via our contact form or by e-mail at contact@odorbxl.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you return instructions and a shipping address.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund
Once the product has been returned and checked, the refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of the return.
4. Defective products or ordering error
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us immediately at contact@odorbxl.com. In this case, OdorBXL will cover all return and replacement costs.
5. Exceptions
Gift cards, special promotions and products on sale are not eligible for reimbursement.
Personalized products or those offered as part of a promotional campaign may be excluded from returns.
